- Shared Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Dedicated Servers
- Cloud Services
- Domain Services
- Email Hosting
- Network and Infrastructure Services
By using FlyxCloud services, customers (“Client,” “User,” or “You”) agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
2. General Acceptable Use
Users must use FlyxCloud services responsibly and legally.
You agree NOT to:
- Use services for unlawful purposes
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
- Interfere with other users or networks
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Misuse network resources
- Engage in harmful or abusive activities
Users are responsible for all activities originating from their accounts.
3. Illegal Activities
FlyxCloud services must not be used for any illegal purpose.
Prohibited illegal activities include but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent activities
- Identity theft
- Phishing operations
- Distribution of malware
- Hacking or exploitation
- Credit card fraud
- Financial scams
- Sale or distribution of illegal goods
- Hosting illegal content
- Child exploitation material (strictly prohibited)
- Unauthorized surveillance or spying
Any illegal activity will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
4. Network Abuse
Users must not disrupt FlyxCloud networks or other users.
Prohibited activities include:
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
- Launching or participating in attacks
- Network flooding
- Packet spoofing
- Port scanning without authorization
- Botnet operation
- Traffic flooding
- Reflection/amplification attacks
- Interference with routing protocols
Unauthorized stress testing is strictly prohibited.
5. Spam and Email Abuse
FlyxCloud maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam.
Prohibited email activities include:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (UBE)
- Sending unsolicited commercial email (UCE)
- Email bombing
- Mass mailing without consent
- Purchased email lists
- Open mail relays
- Forged email headers
- Spamvertising
- Hosting spam-related services
Users must comply with:
- CAN-SPAM Act
- GDPR (if applicable)
- Anti-spam laws applicable to their jurisdiction
Repeated spam complaints may result in immediate service termination.
6. Malware and Security Violations
Users must not distribute malicious software.
Prohibited content includes:
- Viruses
- Worms
- Trojans
- Ransomware
- Spyware
- Keyloggers
- Backdoors
- Rootkits
- Malicious scripts
Users must:
- Maintain updated software
- Secure their accounts
- Use strong passwords
- Apply security patches
Compromised systems may be suspended until secured.
7. Resource Abuse
Users must not misuse system resources.
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Excessive CPU usage
- Excessive memory usage
- Disk abuse
- Network bandwidth abuse
- Cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly allowed)
- Running resource-heavy applications without approval
- Running public proxy services
- Running open VPN/proxy relays without authorization
FlyxCloud reserves the right to limit resources if they affect platform stability.
8. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Illegal content
- Hate speech
- Violence promotion
- Terrorist content
- Harassment content
- Copyright infringement
- Pirated software
- Warez distribution
- Torrent hosting without authorization
- Adult content involving minors
- Deepfake abuse content
- Stolen data distribution
FlyxCloud reserves the right to remove prohibited content immediately.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Users must respect intellectual property rights.
Prohibited actions include:
- Hosting pirated software
- Sharing copyrighted material without permission
- Software cracking
- Serial key distribution
- License bypassing
FlyxCloud complies with Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) requests and similar international regulations.
10. Unauthorized Access Attempts
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Prohibited actions include:
- Brute-force attacks
- Password cracking
- Exploitation attempts
- Privilege escalation
- Vulnerability scanning without permission
- Unauthorized data interception
Any unauthorized activity will be treated as a serious violation.
11. Public Proxy and VPN Restrictions
Unless specifically authorized:
Users must not:
- Operate open proxy servers
- Operate anonymous VPN services
- Provide TOR exit nodes
- Provide anonymization services
Unauthorized proxy services may be suspended immediately.
12. Security Responsibilities
Users are responsible for securing their systems.
Required practices include:
- Keeping software updated
- Using strong passwords
- Securing applications
- Removing vulnerable scripts
- Monitoring account activity
Failure to secure services may result in suspension.
13. Abuse Reporting
FlyxCloud takes abuse reports seriously.
If you believe that FlyxCloud services are being used in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report the incident immediately.

- Description of the incident
- Date and time
- IP address (if known)
- Domain name (if applicable)
- Evidence (logs/screenshots)
All abuse reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly.
14. Monitoring and Enforcement
FlyxCloud reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations
- Monitor network usage
- Remove harmful content
- Suspend services
- Terminate accounts
- Report illegal activities
Actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary.
15. Suspension and Termination
Accounts violating this policy may face:
- Warning notice
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent termination
- Removal of services
- Reporting to authorities
Repeated violations will lead to permanent termination.
16. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
FlyxCloud cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
We may disclose user information when required by:
- Court orders
- Legal warrants
- Government authorities
- Regulatory agencies
17. Policy Updates
FlyxCloud reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
