FlyxCloud offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of shared web hosting plans.
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain registrations and renewals
- VPS hosting services
- Dedicated servers
- SSL certificates
- Third-party licenses
- Setup fees
These services involve immediate resource allocation and third-party costs.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Abuse of Refund Policy
FlyxCloud reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy abuse or violations of our terms of service.
